Refunds Policy

                             
 
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.*
 
The art works sold in the Eagle Gallery are all individually made pieces. We believe works of art should be purchased with the same care and attention given to them by their makers. We consider works of art to be different from the products purchased in a supermarket or chain store. Our policy is therefore NOT to give refunds for works purchased*.
 
If you are unsure whether a work is suitable for your home, or are unsure whether the recipient will like it (in the case of a piece purchased as a gift) here are some suggestions:

  • Delay purchase and
  • take a photograph of the piece
  • make a note of the measurements of the piece
  • Purchase an Eagle Gallery voucher as a gift instead
